• Quoted price includes flights, hotels, featured excursions and classes, scheduled ground transportation, government taxes, and fees. Travel insurance included on request. Certain charges are not included in the quoted price, including, but not limited to, gratuities, meals, and any optional classes or excursions presented by GreenMan Studios.
• Pricing based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining passengers may increase. A minimum of 15 passengers must be registered to maintain the integrity and pricing of the group. Crafty Neighbor Travel and GreenMan Studios reserve the right to cancel any group reservations that do not meet this minimum quota.
• All classes, workshops, meetings, and group events are coordinated by GreenMan Studios and are not sponsored, provided, nor endorsed by the travel suppliers or Crafty Neighbor Travel. Unless otherwise noted, any fees or charges for such activities may be included in the price quoted, but will not be charged or collected by Crafty Neighbor Travel. All such charges will be billed separately by the GreenMan Studios.
• A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied to the full payment due. Final payment must be received in our office no later than noon on the date listed on your invoice and/or the group website. Any bookings which are not paid in full by the final payment due date will be automatically cancelled.
