• The default dining time for this group is "Late" dining at 8:00 PM. Other available dining times are "Early" at 5:30 PM and "My Time" dining, which is open seating (typically from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM). If you prefer more private dinner reservations or you wish to choose a different dining time, please let us know in the comments section of the registration form.
• Optional travel insurance is availble on request. For more information, please check the appropriate box on the registration form.
• Gratuities for this cruise are $12.95 per day ($90.65) and will be automatically added to your onboard account unless you choose to remove them prior to the last day of your cruise. You may also elect to Pre-Pay your gratuities by checking the appropriate box on the registration form.
• You must book through Crafty Neighbor Travel to participate in group activities.
• Quoted prices are per person, based on double occupancy through 1/29/18, or while quantities last, for cruise only on select sailings and stateroom categories. Rates include all room, board, onboard meals, government taxes and fees. For new reservations only. Certain restrictions apply.
• Rates are subject to change after this date. Book early to secure the lowest rate.
• A $150 per person deposit is due at time of booking and will be applied to final payment due. After 1/29/18, new bookings will require the full $250 per person deposit. An additional $100 per person is due by 3/14/18 or at time of cabin assignment, whichever comes first. Full payment is due by 5/25/18. Payment plans are available.
• Full payment is due at time of booking for registrations received after 3/14/18.
• Price includes all room and board, government taxes and fees. Rates are subject to change by the cruise line until paid in full.  Gratuities and insurance not included. Certain charges are not included in the quoted price, including, but not limited to, shore excursions, souvenirs, alcoholic beverages, gambling, salon/spa treatments, photos, etc.
• Solo travelers will be responsible for the full double occupancy price.
• Call for current pricing on suites, triple, and quadruple occupancy cabins.
• If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants in the same cabin may increase.
• Per the cruise line, a minimum of 8 cabins must be sold to form any cruise group. Crafty Neighbor Travel and/or Denton County Aggie Moms Club reserves the right to cancel any cruise group that does not meet this minimum quota.
• Pricing and amenities on this cruise are made possible as part of a group booking. If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase.

• Carnival Cruise Lines will donate $56 of each cabin sold to the Denton County Aggie Moms Club to help fund scholarships for students and organizations of Texas A&M Univerisity. A minimum of 8 individual cabins must be booked into this group to qualify for this donation. Please contact us for details.
