  • Airfare is subject to availability at time of deposit and is based on Economy Class. Premium Economy may be available as an upgrade on request.
  • Airline fuel charge of $395 and taxes/fees of $140 are included, but subject to change until tickets are paid and issued.
  • Skip-the-line entry will be included where available, however queuing for security may still apply.
  • Applicable taxes and fees taking effect after confirmation may result in a supplement added to final prices.
  • Not included in price quoted are U.S. and International arrival and departure, and other government imposed fees up to $300 per person, port taxes, passports, visas, vaccinations, tips and gratuities where applicable (ex: tour director, host, driver, loacal guides, ferries, trains, etc), laundry, telephone, mini bar, alcohol, beverages, and food outside of the contracted menu, any optional tours, museums, exhibits or exclusions not explicitly listed above, airline imposed baggage fees, ground services at destination, and all other items of a personal nature.

  • Rates quoted include fees assessed by the group organizer, The GreenMan Studios, for classes, workshops, and other value-added content provided. Please contact us for detailed pricing and for additional options.
  • Group classes and workshops are presented by The GreenMan Studios and are not sponsored, provided, nor endorsed by Europe Express or Crafty Neighbor Travel.
  • You must book through Crafty Neighbor Travel to participate in group activities.
  • Specific information about the itinerary and group activities for this trip is available by request.
  • A $500 per person deposit is due at time of booking and will be applied to final payment due. Full payment is due by 8/7/24. Payment plans are available.
  • Full payment is due at time of booking for registrations received after 8/7/24.
  • Quoted prices are based on double occupancy as of 3/18/24, while space is available. Rates are subject to change after this date. Book early to secure the lowest rate.
  • Rates for solo travelers are available on request.
  • If one or more persons cancel resulting in the group falling below the minimum number of 15 passengers, the rate(s) for remaining travelers in the group may increase.
  • Per Europe Express, a minimum of 15 travelers must be sold to form a group. Crafty Neighbor Travel and GreenMan Studios reserve the right to cancel any group that does not meet this minimum quota.
  • Individual bookings are subject to the cancellation policy as outlined by Europe Express and any applicable service providers as follows:
    • 150-76 days to departure: $300/pp + airline fees
    • 75-46 days to departure: 80% of land package + 100% of air
    • 45 days or less to departure: 100% of land package + 100% of air
  • If an individual in the group cancels and causes a roommate to be accommodated in a room for sole occupancy, single supplement fees may be charged to remaining traveler.

  • I understand that by registering for this trip, I agree to the terms and conditions listed herein as well as those put forth in the General Waiver and Release of Liability, including, but not limited to the use of my likeness and/or any photographs or video related to my participation in the trip for the purpose of promoting Crafty Neighbor and/or Crafty Neighbor Travel events, groups, trips, and cruises.

  • Payment can be made by debit/credit card only. Cash, checks or money orders are not accepted.
  • Declined credit/debit cards are subject to a $50 fee.
